I’m attentive, detail-oriented and meticulous in my work, I like being productive and delivering results. My work experience has allowed me to enhance skills like problem-solving, communication and active-listening, giving me a good foundation on conflict-resolution. As a representative, I handled calls, chats and SMS inquiries. I managed orders, created quotes and helped new agents with training. My approach optimized the campaign’s reviews with excellent weekly surveys and was then adopted by the outsourcing company as a standard protocol for quality assurance assessments in the campaign. I also developed great research skills working for a Periodontist, who focused on Pharmacovigilance and its effects in oral implantology and periodontal surgeries. Researched articles in PubMed, collected and translated data to create presentations in PowerPoint for the Doctor’s lectures. I also managed inventory and updated patient records electronically, using Odontosoft (EHR).
